i get to go home at 13:00 on friday. Hooray for me!

when i got home yesterday,i heard that the business train traveling from kuils river to bellville derailed,the first 3 coaches, and that is the train my aunt takes to work.

Luckily she was in the last carriage,but some passengers have sustained injuries including my aunt.

I just thank god she was okay.she took off for 2 days as her ankle got hurt.

Oddly enough, My car almost got hit by a plank that looks like that. Just a bit longer.

Was back on my way from a short holiday at Montague Springs, and I was doing about 100km behind this bakkie that quite a few of these tied to the back with a rope.

One moment I see the rope break off and fly past my car, with this piece of plank dangling down the back of the bakkie. Next thing it flies towards my windshield.

That, was my final destination moment.
