Slight magnification and the yellow tint takes out glare. They help with eye strain. I have a pair that I use at work. Won them here actually
 
Wow, I honestly can't keep this up for another week. If the forum calms down a bit and I happen to make the cut, then yay for me, but I actually need to keep my job

do you have a iphone 5s, to me its the same as the 5, maybe we should get a sponsor, to get a iphone and start a comp via james.

I've got a 4s, and would work fine with my phone as the dock is 30 pin
