RE: 2 posts about my multiple copies of BF3: You guys should've asked earlier and I could've given you a copy each. :D I've been known to sponsor a Humble Bundle of it's good... I still have Origin keys of all the Steam games from the Origin bundle.

Baldurs Gate II

First I bought a bootleg version at the fleamarket, then an original retail box set. Then a retail collectors edition with other IE games. Then on GOG. Then the enhanced edition on Beamdog. Then again on Steam.

So that's 6 times. :-D
 
The first Witcher 3 times: the initial retail version, enhanced edition and platinum enhanced edition.
The second Witcher twice: CE on PC and CE on X360
Both [PROTOTYPE] games twice: once on PC and once on PS3
Mirror's Edge twice: PC and PS3
Divinity II: Dragon Knight Saga twice: PC and X360
All the AC games twice: PC and PS3
Both Borderlands games twice: PC and PS3
Red Faction Armageddon twice: PC and PS3

All I can think of now, but I'm pretty sure there is more. Some games I have bought and then traded and then bought again because i wanted to play them again.
 
Interesting thread.

I have bought GTA: San Andreas the most. Twice on PS2 and once on PC.
Second would be FF7,8,9. All of them on original PS and then digitally on my PS3.
 
Some of the games:

Deus Ex: Bought the original copy back in 1999 (was my very first game I bought with my own money), and bought it again in a collectors edition
Deus Ex Human Revolution: Xbox and PC
Skyrim: Xbox and PC
Forza 3: Bought the first edition and then the limited edition after I thought I lost my original copy
 
Grand theft auto IV and Borderlands 1. Have both on xbox but really wanted for the PC. GTA for the replay editor and Borderlands because its better with mouse and KB.
 
project gotham 3 (reason original disc got cracked in the centre, damn 1st gen xbox 360 jewel cases)

Dead or Alive 4 ( see above reason )

i keep all my 360 titles in a spindle now.

Gears of war (on xbox and pc reason, pc version has extra campaign mission and looks a bit better)

Zen pinball aka Pinball fx2 (tablet and pc, my reason its so addictive on pc i had to get it for when i am on the go)

there are more titles but these are all i can think of now.
 
I bought BF2 twice and have 6 copies of that and 4 of 2142 from sponsors.

I have multiple games, namely: Farcry 3, Skyrim, Oblivion, Quake 3, Max Payne 3... etc. On both console and PC. I've never been for pirating even if I have purchased the game before, I'll buy it again instead.
 
Can't say I've bought a game more than once. When I see good games going cheap on Steam that I already have a physical copy of, I am tempted. That CD/DVD won't last forever...
 
I've had quite games I bought again because they were part of a bundle I wanted. Such as Orcs Must Die or Batman Arkham City..

Well, thanks to The Humble Warner Bro's Bundle, I have Arkham City and Asylum on PC as well as Xbox :p

I bought the origin/steam one and I still have all but one origin key xD. I need to give them to my friend but I keep forgetting
