What’s The Most Times You’ve Purchased The Same Game?

I think 3 times is probably my most for the following games:

Resident Evil 4 I purchased 3 times (Gamecube, PS2, PC)
Tomb Raider Legend I purchased 3 times (PS2, PC, Xbox 360)
Tomb Raider Anniversary purchased 3 times (PS2, Xbox 360, PC)

You could say I purchased Legend and Anniversary 4 times if you include the HD collection on PS3 :p

I can't justify multiple purchases of the same game, I would rather get a new game personally.
 
Runner up: Joint operations, bought 2 copies cause I lost my 1st disk, then to make it worse I got 2 Geforce cards to run em in SLI and they came bundled with the game as well.

Winner: World of Warcraft. Bought 2 copies to dualbox on EU server when I was playing in South Africa, had to buy 2 copies of the Burning Crusade to continue playing. Moved to Asia and had to buy 3 copies of the game for trippleboxing(Dualboxing was so old school) as I could not move my toons to US servers, this was at the time Lich King came out so I had to buy 3 copies of BC as well as LK. Needless to say I had to pay monthly for all 3 to be able to play.

When Cata came out I only bought one copy and paid to move some toons across to 1 account. Lucky I quit the addiction before Mists of Panda was released.
 
Sonic 1 & 2, years back on Sega, and recently on PS3.
Earthworm Jim, same as above.
Comix Zone, same as above.
Diablo II. Got it ages ago, got lost in a move somehow, and recently bought it again for cheap.
Diablo III. Had it on PC, but recently bought it on PS3. Better on PS3.
Uncharted 2 : Among Thieves. Played it when it came out and sold it when I finished. Recently got it again because I would like to get some more achievements on it. Call me a sucker.

Sure there are more though.
 
None. That's why I am sticking to one platform.

Makes no sense to have the same game on multiple platforms. Just a waste of money.
 
Hmmm Beyond Good & Evil I bought twice. I first played it on PC. My wife wanted to play it later and I couldn't find the PC disc so I bought it for her on the 360.

Vampire The Masquerade. I played it, finished it and it was amazing. Someone here at MyGaming wanted it desperately and so I sold my copy. Later it was on special on Steam and I bought it again. Such an awesome game.
 
Battlefield 3... 4 times. I bought 2 copies for myself and a friend and the one key ended up being used already. After no joy from the store I bought it from, I caved in and bought another copy. Final copy was in the Humble Origin Bundle.
 
Well i have bought Injustice and Mk both on PC and Xbox and hitman i once bot on pc xbox and playstation suffice to say that my wife wasn't happy at all

Be my friend too. There are plenty of games I want that I don't have.

I actually bought Beyond Good & Evil three times. First the PC CD-Rom version, then on Steam, because the install disk didn't work on modern operating systems (stupid UBI soft DRM), and later on Xbox 360.
 
I pre-ordered tomb raider and collected it the 5 th march, bought it again at takealot when it was R84 a few weeks ago. I just want a spare copy if the game dissapears off the edge of the universe.

Ah wish you said Battlefield 4... 3 times, my cousins in need of a generous donation.
 
I've never bought a game more than twice and that just happened when the game was part of a bundle that I bought. This has happened quite a few times now and what I do is keep the digital versions and give the physical box to somebody that wants it.

Currently, I have Farcry 1 and 2 in duplicate as well as Bioshock 1 and 2.
 
Only time its happened to me was when i got a bundle of Uncharted 1 and 2, and i already had uncharted 1...
