Their US stock responded positively to the confirmation of the new CEO. Hopefully he can take the company forward and avoid the potholes on the way.

Exactly. Change is good, but only change that users actually want, not what Microsoft thinks we should have. Hopefully this new CEO will be more down-to-earth and listen to customers complaints and needs.
