Assassin's Creed Freedom Cry goes stand-alone

Freedom Cry breaks free of its Assassin’s Creed 4 base game and will be available as a stand-alone product

Have the base game but not yet finished it so haven't gotten to any DLC. Can anyone comment on the length of Freedom Cry? Is it worth purchasing as a stand alone product for gamers that haven't got the base game?

Personally I don't see why you would want this as a stand-alone, the base game is awesome so your missing out only getting the DLC.

It's apparently about 3 hours long and consists of 9 missions. Don't quote me, as I haven't got it yet.

Guess that's not too bad if it's reasonably priced.

It's 10 euros if you buy it as DLC and 15 if you buy the standalone.
