Ok so as the above picture shows, its an ice tea product, Rooibos or green tea are the choices I've seen, which gets flavoured to your specification then they add a different flavoured "pearl" which you chew when you suck it up.
One's mouth will automatically rebel cause you're not supposed to chew tea. None the less, it's quite interesting.
