Yeah, I was quite surprised to see the order was coming from Digital Planet. Tried Googling what their current service is like and there's the usual Hellopeter complaints about slow service. Hopefully they've jacked up their game. Visited their site and they look like a completely different company now.

Well just got an sms saying it'll arrive on Friday \o/

Oh yeah I just received the following text:

Your FNB order is on its way! Please expect it between 9AM & 3PM Thursday, 13 February.

Have an interview at 11:00 that day. With my luck they will come at that time :rolleyes:
 
Just sent a lekker long email :) lol. This is actually pathetic. They have had the iPad since last week Friday.

/I'm hijacking here, sorry. Done ranting.

Just arrived this morning :D :D

Now to survive the rest of the day at work with this thing sitting next to me :'(

The typical, 'this is unacceptable customer service. The length of time it has taken for delivery, one could drive to your offices themselves and pick the item up. Yada yada yada'

Anybody received communication from digital planet yet? I am still waiting for my delivery.

Gave them a call, and the nice sweet girl told me what I already know. She couldn't tell me if the package will be delayed or if it's on the way or not.

Really hope it happens today as I am not in the office tomorrow and monday :(

Damn hopefully they still make it. Did you get another sms this morning confirming they're delivering today? Luckily they delivered mine at 10AM this morning :D.
