over 200's got some game time in now on an mweb server but the lag is killing me. ping stays at 89 for a bit then jumps to 300 and goes down and settles on the low 200's

Sounds like congested exchange.Had the same problem a while back just ask people here. Drove me insane could not play anything since the ping is all over the place.
