Why Flappy Bird was killed: game creator explains
Flappy Bird was too addictive so it’s gone forever

What kills me is the fact that iPhones with the game installed are now being auctioned off to the highest bidder, imagine $100K for an iPhone![]()

Okay cool i can respect his choice, it makes me want to hit my head against something but still. One question though He pulls this and then starts working on 2 other games..... what if those become popular as well.
He has no foresight, he could have done a crap ton with the money from flappy birds, start a game dev studio, give it to the poor whatever.
I think some people have more money than brains. But its like owning a dinosaur.
There are gonna be absolutely millions of phones out there with the game, so its not rare by any means. No way will anyone make that kind of cash on it.What kills me is the fact that iPhones with the game installed are now being auctioned off to the highest bidder, imagine $100K for an iPhone![]()

Lol honestly didn't think this stupidity would make it's way to SA but I supposed I should've known better. Who is going to pay R20000 for that.

im guessing my iphone is worth more than all of these advertised since it comes with a armour case and it has flappy bird installed
I think my old Samsung Galaxy S2 is worth more because it does not have flappy bird installed, and more importantly, it's not an Apple product.![]()
It would not surprise me if some tit actually buys that some people have more money than what they know what to do with lol.
