There's a new Halo game coming this year

Yeah but is it for Xbox 360, Xbox One or both?

I know that there's a rumor running around that MS want to remake all the Halo games for Xbox One.

I've owned a 360 for a couple of years now and I've never played a Halo game. I suppose I will have to one day to see what the hype is about. However looking at gameplay videos they just don't look that great.
 
I still don't know even 1 South African who enjoys/plays any Halo games. It seems to be only the Americans that rave about it ..... which makes sense because they seem to love crap.

My little brother loves them but I mean he is a little boy :p I couldn't stand them myself very boring fps game.
 
I've had my copy of Halo 4 since launch day, and the most I've played is 2 hours.

Couldn't really be bothered to finish it.

Halo 1 was pretty fun, when you got the flying vehicles which you could shoot from and run enemies over with, I loved flying those.
 
I finished Halo 3 on my XBOX, which I've since sold. It really was enjoyable and seemed to be an extremely polished title. I started playing ODST right before I sold my 'box and it also seemed pretty good... I guess you just have to put a couple of hours in to enjoy Halo games.
 
Halo 2 anniversary is going to be a xbone exclusive afaik. As for halo 5 being pushed to 2015, i suspect its being delayed cause they're probably trying hard to make it look really good as well as maintaining 1080p/60fps,

Halo 3 had a huge following in SA (Over 2000 people), 4 took off from that but never really captured the same experience, that and the promise of the X1 kind of broke that community as well.

I, personally, think it's one of the greatest series games I've ever played. Master Chief and basically all other characters hold plenty depth and admiration in their characters. The story is also brilliant and even the fillers like ODST and Reach carried such weight to the story that the SP alone is worth getting the games.

If they remake the series for the X1, I'll be picking it up.

I know quite a few hombres that are absolutely fanatical about Halo. They treat Halo the same way a lot of us treat Dota
