Yip. We have prepaid electricity, so we need to manage it. Had it on yesterday for about 3 hours, I think it took about 5 units but I might be mistaken.

For those of you dying of heat - take an old spray bottle (windolene one works, just rinse it out VERY well, put water in it) spray yourself and your cloths till soaking wet.Worked to keep me almost cool.

Bleh. What a shitty start to the day. GF's mother fell and couldn't get up, so she had to rush through to the other side of Pretoria to go help her. Then the ambulance got lost. I spent most of the morning manning the coffee shop. Luckily, my boss is pretty understanding about stuff like this and didn't mind that I was late.

Haar ma het so paar jaar terug baie siek en frail geword (en sy is maar 48). Sy is twee weke terug medies ongeskik verklaar, so sy kan ook nie meer werk nie. Sy het omgeval en kon nie opstaan nie, want sy het knieg operasies gehad so paar weke terug. Nou is sy in die hospitaal, hulle doen nog toetse. Darm trek die tannie na haar ma'le toe einde van die maand, so daar is darm iemand om heeltyd na haar te kyk.
