Sigh no idea how to put this in words... hope this makes sense.
I have my browser open and I can just click on the taskbar that I want to open. Without having to minimizing the browser. Or games like hon can have it in the desktop running without having to minimize it.

Nope desktop has to be minimal. Even my recycle bin needs to be empty or else I go slightly nuts.
To give you an idea : My work desktop:

No the start button is there for a reason. I also believe that it slows the pc loading down if you have 10000000000000000000000000000000 shortcuts

Nope, saves as is. We work with tons of drawings (Mechanical) which comes in PDF form. So there are 77 000 of random saved names. Like gfhf_98_jdhdgsgsg.pdf. lol.
