Anyone have an opinion on the Asus Nexus tablet? Looking at getting one. 2012 model, but still looks like a good mid-range tablet

That is the 1 I won here, love it. Had to send mine for repairs now tho after 6 months the headphone jack was giving me problems. But 10 days later and I will have my tablet back.

Oh cool. Thanks for the reply. I've been scrounging around for a decent tablet that's not super expensive. Looks like a good option

I use it for everything, mail, documents, even my study notes get saved on it. It lasts me about a day - but then I use it more than my pc or phone. But if you use it generally, it will last a couple of days. I also use it as an ereader with google books as the reader - that way all my devices are linked and save the books to the right pages.
