Official Battlefield 4 Thread

...
They were eventually caught, stupidly he was posting a complaint on the facebook page of the company he bought the aim hack from, stating that he was banned from BF3 Official servers because PB caught him out. It got all over SGS/DoGaming and if I recall MyBB and MyG as well, it was all over for them, I believe they bought a new copy of BF3 and played under another alias (this time hack free).

At least he learnt his lesson if that's the case. Still, stupid hackers.

Talking about Hackers, who remembers the whole JudgeVoo controversy?

For those of you who do not know... Stay a while and listen~

JudgeVoo was good, too good, he knew everything about everyone on the server, it was always suggested that he had hacked but there was never any evidence that he was - he had a 4 KDR at one stage. People would leave servers as they joined or would flood to the side he was on to take advantage of the definite win they team he was on would get.

People would complain about his "skill" and he would always ignore the chat or brush it off as luck and skill, when admins where online they were kicked immediately but this didn't always happen, however.

Nope he wasn't hack free he was still as dodgy as hell if I remember correctly.

Had a round last night where ARES and -Q- team stacked the opposite team. Really took the fun out of the game.

It's as I feared then. The BF community has now been assimilated by the CoD / Counter-Strike kiddies. Sigh. That's the end of online gaming for me then. I'll give it another shot this weekend across different servers, but if that's the case all over the place, then I have just bought the premium pack for absolutely no good reason.

Wow dude. A single statement. That is but one round among a million and even then I had some good times in it. It's fun taking out the Entire ARES clan and their tank at a flag with a carbine and pistol.

400MB update downloading for BF4. :(

Release notes:
We've started rolling out a new game update for the PC version of Battlefield 4. Among other items, this update addresses the so called "sound loop crash" that caused the game to freeze. You may experience some downtime while this update is rolling out.

Feb 25 PC Game update notes
-Fix for the so called “sound loop crash” issue that caused the game to freeze
-Fix for an issue that sometimes prevented players from shooting while in the gunner position of a vehicle
-Fix for the headshot icon appearing incorrectly at non-headshot deaths, such as suicide or dying of an explosion
-General stability improvements

How stacked though?

They tried their darnedest to get all their players on one side, it was a 32 player server of which 8 players were ARES and 5 were -Q-. Before they manage to move over they play like twats and share enemy locations with their friends.

Though, what really got to me was that Q and ARES had to team up, it would've been better if they stuck to a clan a team. Having 3 squads in TS against 16 randoms is overkill for a public server.

Yeah, thats a better solution, and makes for a great game. That sounds heavy stacked, so 13 out of 16players on one team from clans against all randoms?

I must admit, I've done my fair share of stacking (be it on 24man console) although it was at a time when we were having scrims virtually every week and needed to practice together. Still only really been max 7 from my clan on one side.

I can understand stacking being used for practice, though then it would still be smarter to limit each team to even clans. Yeah 13 players working together against 16 randoms does make for a tough game.
