Which GPU to get with this setup

Hey

So I recently build a very basic rig with an AMD APU, now I'm looking to add a dedicated GPU for around R2000(It does not need to crossfire with the integrated GPU), what would you guys suggest.

Here's what I currently have

Not really, as you may run into problems when the PC is under heavy load. The minimum PSU requirement for that card is 500w, however that PSU of yours' 12v rail seems enough (34amps). But I would rather get at least a 600w PSU to be in the safe zone. I currently have a 650w corsair powering my ITX system with the R9 270x

Its more than ample, You are running a low power setup there as well

450W is more than enough to run what he wants to bud. I can run a monster rig off a 650w psu no problem.
