Ok, so I have been doing some research reading forums (including MyBB) and all and all.
Though I have not seen this title mentioned much if at all on these forums and it's a title I am very much interested in. It has been too long since a decent cricket title, I thoroughly enjoyed and played the sh#t out of the Brian Lara franchise.

So... has anyone here on these forums delved into Don Bradman and given it a run for it's money?
 
Yeah I have read and watched IGN's stuff on this. Just wondering if there was anyone in this (our, MyG) community that was interested.

Reading the forums over at PlanetCricket, it seems the the devs, BigAndStudios actually read and respond to peoples comments and criticisms. A good sign and nice to see from devs, if only EA could be taught!
 
I was looking forward to it - but the issues the game has is just not worth the asking price. In the comments section of the IGN review is a post detailing the various issues/bugs and whether or not they're not they're being fixed in the upcoming patch.
One thing that really gets me is how the camera doesn't follow the ball into the field fast enough. Basically you won't know if it's safe to take any runs at all.
I'll stick to Ashes 2009 for the time being.
 
I don't play many sports games, but I was wondering, is Cricket as boring to play as it is to watch?

I'm really interested in this, but will probably wait for the PC version since there is no Wii-U version.

Just FYI; you will need a controller for the PC version as well, no keyboard/mouse support.
I don't know if it planned though to be compatible.

I figured that much. The way the controls work, it doesn't sound easy to replicate with a mouse and keyboard.

That's ok, I have an XBOX controller to play it with anyway. I just hope that the MP will be cross-platform.
 
Two of my colleagues at work are loving this on the 360 - They say it's very tough but immensely enjoyable. I'll get it on PC.
