Don Bradman Cricket 14

Oh man, so much to cover. I can say this, the gameplay is fun and adds a complexity that has never been used in a cricket game I've played. The graphics might not be as great as the like of FIFA14 but movements are key, footwork is great, timing is everything. Very challenging game, and this is on amateur!

Sounds awesome, can't wait for it to come out on PC, hopefully by then they've patched the worst of the bugs as well.

I would really recommend this to any cricket fan. The depth is amazing, but it is not a pick up and play game. Attention to detail is awesome. Career mode is just wow, nothing like standing in a long on position in a 5 day test waiting for your turn to bowl. The little nuances are overseen by the gameplay, besides, they already admitted to patch that stuff. Best cricket game to date.

OK, you've convinced me. But I'll wait for the PC version. I hope it gets a steam or some form of digital release.

Hmm...BeoTeK enthusiasm for this title is making me contemplate getting it. I got some ebucks to burn and it will make a nice change of pace from the perennial FIFA offerings

Well I'm surprised, I haven't even played Dark Souls since getting this. Was up till after 1am playing, and been playing since about 9am till mid afternoon.
I'm still stuck on amateur mode, Pro is just another level, changes so much. Timing is key!

sacrilege! It's like I don't even know who u are anymore :(

Wahahaha.... It's simple, I don't play Dark Souls when I have my son running around, with no pause option and him pressing buttons while playing, it increases my tendency to die =P

I couldn't resist...

Some of the biggest crits I have with the game (after at least 12 hours play time);
Not really such a thing as a close 1run, if you take a chance you will be out! No matter where they throw from, 90% of the time they will direct hit stumps. Though this is one of the issues to be addressed.
Sometimes the batsmen tend to walk or mowzie their way into the crease, which ends in a run out. Think this is another issue to be addressed.
The stadiums are very low res/textures, though it doesn't distract too much from gameplay.
The bridge between Amateur and Pro is quite a bit, makes it challenging though.

All in all I am very happy with purchase thus far. Really enjoying this. Apart from a few niglies and nuances, it delivers nicely and well presented. The ball physics are really great and the attention to detail is outstanding. I love watching how you can actually see the ball rolling out the back of the hand from a wrist spinner.

Ps, sorry for the long post!
