It's a glimpse of the never-before-seen real life showing of Magic School Bus. In it's pilot episode, you see Dr Higglebottom come along with Ms. Frizzle and the gang to see the inner workings of a human digestive track. This picture is a snapshot of when Dr Higglebottom got tripped by the gal bladder, and face planted into a pile of undigested custard pudding, or so he thought...

Unfortunately the show was a disaster with the focus groups it was aired to, and many remarked that it reminded them of various snuff films. The show went for too much realism, and so, after filming only 2 episodes, it got cancelled.

There are talks, however, that HBO might take it up again, though I fear that they may spend way too much time on the reproductive organs, looking at their current track record...

It is the latest device in a range of tools for the modern sadist. This device almost made it into the fairly recent film "The Dictator", but sadly the prototype was not ready at the time of filming.
