psn signing in

hi all
cannot sign in cause my email address no longer exist and i have forgotten my password is there any help out there please.

The easiest would be to contact the people that host the domain and ask for the email account to be reinstated on the Cpanel and then ask for a password reset.

Simple really, or you could try and deal with the SA PS service providers.
 
I'm having problems getting into the PS store,it keeps saying server under maintenance,it's been like this since Easter.

Oh ok, still, I've been into the PS Store through a console this last weekend, and it was working fine then. I'll try it out tonight if I remember.

PS: Is your firmware up to date?

Sounds like a glitch on your console then, or at least something of that variety.

Apart from desperately wanting to simply say, "mine works fine" and leave it at that, I feel the need to point out that obviously people have been using PSN during that time, so it's clearly not an issue over at PSN :p

Considered trying to wipe it or log out completely and log back in? Or verified that your internet connection to-and-from your console is correctly set up?

Have you tried a different ISP?

Few people on SAGamer forum had the same problem but as soon as they tried a different ISP the PSN Store worked.

Looks like deleting and reinstalling the store app might fix it

Otherwise, if your ps3 connects to psn, you can always buy stuff and queue your downloads from the website. You can also access your download list through the account menu without actually opening the Store app
 
Thanks matt,I'm going to try that now.

I have the Jap model so I like checking on the Jap store to see what they have.
