Nah I'm basically asking if there is a "no strings attached" kind of service where I basically pay the isp for a months worth of uncapped and they basically give me the account details which expires gets locked at the end of the time period.

Cool, glad it helped. Haven't really ever had much occasion to fiddle around with VBA scripting so it was interesting to check it out. I assume you figured out how to repopulate the departments dropdown?
