Nothing wrong with buying mining cards, as long as they aren't older than say 8 months.
Also if there is local warranty you should be set, just make sure to get the proof of purchase.

1 Left, was mined on for a month and a half/ 2 months with good airflow and a solid PSU, bought from Rebeltech end of Jan or Feb, have the emailed proof of purchase.

I have found a very good reputable dealer for my fix who has stock so going to get from him along with some other much needed parts, so as to my earlier post, please consider it null and void...
