What are you playing right now?

Currently playing nothing since my GPU died...

My list of uncompleted games would freeze the server - If I go too long without playing a particular game I just lose the motivation to play.
Probably going to have to pick something new once the new GPU arrives.

How do u guys manage to focus on multiple titles, especially on the same platform? I get mixed up with control schemes and shortcuts and stuff. Try to focus on single game oer platform at any given time. Or at least, single genre at a time.

Busy playing Dishonored. I had given this a go on xbox when it came out but it never grabbed me. Replaying it now, I think I know why. Playing the "No kill" route is just boring! Save load, get spotted, load, move, save, spotted, load, etc. Ever since I decided to kill if needs be, enjoying it much more!

I'm the same as you... on both counts.

I play one game per platform at a time. Except sometimes I'll add something like Audiosurf to the pc games since it's just some relaxing casual gameplay.

And as for Dishonored, it never grabbed me. I finished the game but it felt like work.

Yup, I also mix up some casual games with the AAA stuff on PC.

Regarding Dishonored, that's exactly how I felt on first play thru where I was trying to be non-lethal. But game is much more fun if you throw caution to the wind and go on a bit of a killing spree :)

Finished Fallout: New Vegas, though, not playing many side-quests.

Now...

PC:

Dragon Age: Origins
Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning (to actually complete it this time).
Dead Space 2

PS3:

Batman: Arkham Asylum (now and again)

I am really enjoying NecroVision, never heard of the game before Friday when I saw it on GMG for $2.49. I've never really liked Painkiller for some reason and while this is very similar I am loving every second of it.

I had a few hours over the weekend and played Brothers - A Tale of Two Brothers. Even though the game might have been a bit over-hyped, I still really enjoyed it. It is short and bitter-sweet. It is also gorgeous!

The best thing about the game is how it never forces a particular mechanic on you for too long. For example, in order for the little brother to cross rivers, he has to hold onto his brother's back. But you only do this like 2 or 3 times the entire game and for very short stints. It is not an arduous task that carries on for hours. Same with just about every other mechanic. It also proves to me that games do not have to be long to be good.

Next up I will hopefully finish Sniper Elite V2, after which I can finally get into Borderlands 2.
