The ignore feature is pretty useless unfortunately. I don't think anything can be done about it.

There was only one survey but the results are covered in multiple articles to give a more in-depth view of the answers.
The survey was announced under "Gaming" in the MyBroadband newsletter of March 23rd and I suspect that all future surveys and competitions will also be announced there.

Hi, sorry for the slow reply as I was on vacation. The survey was announced multiple times on the news page, via social media, and included every day in the newsletter while it was active.

Fine for me, can you post a screenshot, and what browser you are using? That would help. Might be the buttons are too big with certain configurations, causing them to jump to the next line and/or being hidden behind something else.

It can be to do with the way you customised your browser: zoom level, fonts sizes, fonts, etc

The button is certainly there.

hahaha... lol... just figured it out.

My browser at home is set to a zoom of 90% - tried and tested here at work and does the same thing.

Though in thread there is no way to upload a picture, just to link to it via url.
 
Having lot's of trouble uploading pics when using Chrome. Every time I click on the image button in the Quick Reply box, the pop-up menu comes up, but the whole menu is greyed out. Can't select anything and need to reload the page. This does not happen in IE though...
 
Do not use that function... link all images rather... :cry:

I can never copy and paste an image from this forum and post it to someone else, as they need to be logged in to view the image. I always link it.

Okay, I'll do that, but it's not the only thing that's not working. As I right this, I cannot add a smiley from the editor, or change the font size, or the colour, or add a link, or a video, as all those options just greys out the entire page and I have to refresh or go to bloody IE.../enter sad face as I can't
 
Guys, I get the popup for the mygaming survey every morning - the Berocca one, it asks me one question then assumes I am under 14 - which I wish! But yea it keeps popping up.

Hey Wyvern, yeah it does the same for me on this side - it seems quite broken. I've notified the admin - it's an Effective Measure survey system so we'll see what's up. Thanks for pointing it out.
