I could probably be nasty and joke about how the first thing a beautiful woman does is get a restraining order, but I won't.
 
Morning everyone...

My day started horrendously... The biggest question that is hovering in my mind this morning is - Who steals from orphans?

As a lot of you know I work at an orphanage which takes care of 79 abused / neglected orphans. Our offices which forms part of the orphanage grounds have been broken into at 2:00 AM yesterday morning. ALL our office PC's (all of which were donations - and one of my own which I brought in to assist) has been stolen.... None of the office staff can do any work and all the tens of thousands of photos and fundraising material and 100's of forms are *poof* gone!

I am so depro and demotivated at this point in time.... :(
 
Aggenee Ouboet that sucks! People these days dont care who they steal from and how it affects the people they steal from.

Hey bud, sorry to hear that. Did you guys not have backups in place in case something like this happens?

Also do you have insurance covering the stuff stolen?

Sucks man, however when it comes to stealing, i dont think they care hey :(

As luck would have it - i did a backup of all my stuff on Thursday, so luckily that we've got, although it is only a small part of which the stuff we had.

As we are a bit cash strapped (as charities are mostly in these days and times) we don't have insurance on the office stuff but only on our vehicles and building insurance as such.

Yup, I do think you and Wyvern are right Roomys, they are only interested in making a quick buck and don't have care who loses out at the end of the day.
 
Thanks Ike I appreciate it as always - basically we just have no clue where to start with the assignment - since we have no idea what is going on and we still havent had 1 class, and this is just confusing.

Ouboet, unfortunately that is one of the biggest issues we have to deal with here. The office next door to us has been broken into every night for the past month - they had to wait that long for adt to install their security system, the person who was stealing there, was caught, even though at the end he didnt steal any of the pc's but only food stuffs and coffee.
