To be honest, I am in the same position Chanoo, and I entered. The DLC is expensive and makes up at least half of the game together so I don't think it's entirely wrong to enter for the legendary edition. Well I hope it isn't

If I win, I'll make a nice giveaway to compensate for the base game that I already have.

I am in the same position. I only have the base Skyrim.

In my opinion (the unpopular one), let the people who don't own the base game enter and not those wanting the DLC. Let people who have never played the game experience the awesomeness of Skyrim.

I'm currently playing it and I'm playing it without the DLC. I would rather have someone experience that than having DLC for myself.

It's up to you to make the call Mottamort. Even though I bought the base game recently on a steam sale I haven't played it yet.

Lets put it this way, I'm not gonna check if you own the base game if you win...its up to you to decide, that was my original decision and I should probably be consistent. I'm aware the DLC costs more than the game itself, I'm aware that people without base game "deserve" the entry more etc...all valid points, hence why I'm saying its up to you guys to decide if you think its fair for you to enter

What about meeting halfway, and if the winner owns the base game, then they create a new giveaway for at least the base game. Is that fair?

I've cancelled my entry, will pick it up at the next steam sale instead. The base game is selling for $20 atm. I think the legendary edition was selling for under $15 on steam sale.
