Also watched this the other day, it was okay. I enjoyed the 1st one a lot more though.

Last movie I watched was Godzilla (2014). It was okay, would rate it 6.2/10.
 
The Pact 2. Had high hopes. Loved the first one and was excited to watch Lara Croft's motion capture and voice actress (Camilla Luddington) for the first time in a lead role but I'm sad to say her acting skills could use a lot more work. The film itself was also a huge letdown and doesn't even come close to the scares and mystery of the first film.

Chef. It's about a celeb chef that rediscovers his passion for cooking and life. I'm not normally into these feelgood movies, but I decided to give this one a go because I really like cooking myself. Turned out to be quite a good movie. 8/10

If you loved Limitless, Lucy is the absolute pants. I loved Limiteless, *hated* Lucy. I left the cinema feeling like hours were stolen from me :/

The first 30 minutes are good - but after the flip, it loses the plot. Aimless, nonsensical, and just stupid, really. Limitless dealt with its bad science way better.

I loved Lucy. But then, I haven't seen Limitless :p
 
Actually finished Pacific Rim last night, I like monster movies so I thought it was decent.

Loved the voice of GlaDos in it.

Yeah I walked out there thinking "What the hell just happened"

I love the idea of the movie, same as Limitless, but this just took it to a whole new level, a bit Ridiculous really.

i watched XMEN Days of Future Past and it was "ok". i guess it ws a little light on "popcorn superhero action" and heavy on the storyline. Was fine for me, but the kids were less than impressed.

I've seen both and they are different movies for different audiences. Limitless is a bit more of a "smart" take on stimulant abuse, while Lucy is a total sci-fi / action / almost-super-hero take on it. It meant to dazzle, not stimulate.
