Are you referring to Hayate? First Season is funny, they make quotes and references to pop culture and other anime. Season 3 is Hayate the Combat Butler: Cuties that just sounds wrong.

Yep ...

Stop before you get to Cuties - that's all I'm saying.

There's nothing weird or wrong about the series ... but it's just bland and boring compared to the first two. I didn't like the new character designs either.

Okay good to know before I get into it and when I am done question why I wasted my time watching, when I could have watched something else.

I have seen some cruel things, and heard of them two but this just stuck with me. Perhaps it is because I have not seen an anime with such an conclusive yet open ending.
Continuously have you CNS damaged and repaired to constantly feel pain, I can wholly understand Saki's decision to end his life (what was left of it). They aptly chose the "going home song" to play in the background, to send him off. Ironically the song is called 2nd Movement from the New World.
Makes you wonder, who the real monsters are sometimes...

Manga is in the lead but not by much as Togashi has health problems again, the anime has it's last episode airing this Tuesday and then it is in Hiatus until 'when ever'.
 
For the love of all things good, I can't believe I'm actually watching SAO season 2 :rolleyes:. Also, I'm really loving Aldnoah.Zero at the moment.

I'm going to keep it running until Sunday probably - and then use the week after to compile the results.

If you know of any other places within the local community to share it, go for it. The SA anime community can be as apathetic as fuck sometimes ... and I'd like to get more than the 54 participants I had last season.

Genshiken.uct.ac.za used to be my go to place but it seems they have fallen into disarray, NAG does have an anime sub-forum but it is like a ghost town. Perhaps give AWX's forums a try? I know a lot of the old regulars from Genshiken went there. Also give it a try on Reddit.com/r/southafrica

The ending sequence was so beautiful, full of emotion and surprises... One of the most conclusive endings I have ever seen, I truly felt like no loose ends were left open and a lot of new stories are going to being... in 2021... Q_Q...

Zankyo no Terror, quite possibly the best show this year so far ended tonight, Watanabe has done it again, and made a complete masterpiece of storytelling and suspense.

I watched the final episode of Zankyou no Terror....it was amazing...brilliant series....it ended so quick, so I am a bit sad of that :(

Someone give me a new anime to watch...I need to replace my Thursday anime hour :)

Been watching HxH since the beginning of the year, I can't imagine how some people felt that had been watching it since 2011.
