Deontology does not work. People will either work for a reward or to avoid punishment. Greed could be seen as a kind of reward, you get rewarded for your greedy actions, such as making lots of money. Therefore greedy people will work harder to succeed and gain more “rewards”. Therefore according to the speech Gekko said: The point is, ladies and gentleman, that greed -- for lack of a better word -- is good.
“Me, Me, Me! – Egoism”
As I understand egoism, it is all about me, me, me and you do not regard others in your decisions. You do not think of how your actions will affect others. The more you are invested in something the more you will work to make it a success. Such as the vice presidents earning so much money for doing so little.
‘Fair’s Fair – Distributive Justice’
What do we mean when we say “distributive justice” – For me it firstly means that one gains as much as he is able to perform for others (someone skilled and ambitious will earn more). Secondly it means that one should get what he needs, regardless of how powerful or skilled he is. Because of this regulations and punishments should be in place to make it unrewarding to act in such a greedy way.

Guys, serious question time.

If I download a file on a 4Mbps line, theoretically I should download @ a maximum of +- 400 kilobytes per second? No?
