Ooh, that sounds bad. Good luck dude, I hope you can get it sorted out. We had server failures a few years ago, 2 disks of a RAID 5 array died. Data recovery people managed to get a pile of corrupt files back, so I had to spend months rebuilding databases and stuff.
Massive server failures, backup failures and the spare server failed... Business is dead in the water...
