Reply to your question about the DAo 2 newsletter. They are working on it. Apparently they want to get something up at the social site you can check there.
For now Fernando Melo says you need to log in at www.ea.com and check your master account settings. Make sure its set to receive both ea and dragon age stuff. Apparently other ea sites like ea.co.za don't have all the functionability so its better to use the us site for now.
