I saw this last night. It doesn't really change my mind much at all - if it's "free" to new buyers, it's probably going to be rubbish DLC (and not much of it). Charging everyone else $15 ($15!) to access what's probably going to amount to the space equivalent of horse armour is extortionate.
Of course it makes business sense. It doesn't make customer sense, though. And charging for a DLC portal is a new low.
Actually, just this once, I don't expect many people to disagree with me.
