Glad u got it. I did a quick retails to let search in the tyger valley area and found out that the avarage price is about R140 - 160 per square meter. I did email the ppl at tyger valley center to try and find out what the rental price on one of their empty shops are. Would you say start big or small? I would prefer big so i can just look bigger than bt but maybe starting small is a better idea.
