Modern Warfare 3 retail price comparison

Im not trying to sound funny but why would they charge about R70 more than BF3. Are they that confident?
 
when I saw last night the price = r399, it became appealing on pc
But I'm probably gonna get the xbox version, unless I can convince my pc mates to buy it :)
 
I preordered mine from Kalahari.com at R559 (as article) and used my R200 voucher I bought in September from Groupon. Got it today!!! They also emailed me the XBOX avatar preorder bonus.
