Been playing it for a bit too. It's got the addictive Diablo'esque action RPG thing. I do however fear, the content might be lacking in the long run.
I'm not fond of the inventory/crafting nonsense (items not stacking , being forced to buy more bag space if you remotely want to consider crafting ).
I started with Daredevil and somehow got Hawkeye somewhere, so i've switched to Hawkeye , which is actually pretty fun. Daredevil not as great in comparison.
The open/public areas are interesting, but yea, seeing all the Hawkeyes/Storms/Things around is somewhat offputting, wish armor pieces could distinguish us somewhat. The public boss fights is very silly, can't really see or target the boss if there's 30 other players around spamming their stuff.
I'm still contemplating getting a more premium hero, like Thor or something , but yea the shop is very expensive. I didn't buy any "founders" packs this time, so i'm pretty much freeloading as far as i can hehe.
Aparantly the main story line is over by lvl 25, which leaves you like a crapload of levels to grind out with repetitive content, so i'm a little concerned with that.
At least there's a ton of variety, each Hero can be seen as a unique class, so i suppose the idea is to level different heroes through the same areas, rather than level 1 hero and sit at "end game".
Also, i had HUGE issue with the client patch/install/download from the Marvel site. I decided to wipe that and downloaded the Steam client, and that funny enough works like a charm. So if you see your client is download super slow and all that, get the Steam client, it's gonna download full speed and doesn't have the patching thing, the client is patched directly in the Steam client instead.
