    Default Beyond 2000

So with all the recent Back to the Future day hype and seeing all the hits (and misses) they got with their version of 2015, I was wondering... what future, sci-fi tech from movies/TV/games/etc (barring giant mechs of course, cause who doesn't want that???) would you like to seen in your lifetime?

Definitely one of the top things on my list, Jacket technology. But the All You Need is Kill version. Not the Edge of Tomorrow one.

A lot of cases can be made that the Deus Ex franchise has accurately predicted a state to where technology is moving towards. Bio-chemical research is being done right now in terms of "augmenting" human limbs and human processes with advanced technology, ie. mechanical eyes, bio-mechanical arms and legs etc. It would be really cool if the technology goes becomes perfected to the point where a healthy, functioning human actually can make the choice of getting augmented to physically enhance his/her abilities with mechanical body parts. It will help a huge amount to accident recovery to people that truly need it, and will give the super rich another reason to spend their hard stolen earned cash of "upgrades" to thinks like their eyes or ears or legs or something.

Medical Nanomachine Technology, Being able to kill disease on a molecular level as well as repairing existing damage or deficiency in the human body, this would put surgery in the same place as drilling a hole in someone's skull for headaches in bygone medieval days

Also they need to get the Higgs field sorted out So we can get hover boards and faster space travel
