I have been following this game for around a year now and the progress they have made is amazing, Alpha 7 was released yesterday so i thought i would let you guys know about this great game.

The game was originally a mod for Age of Empires 2 but the engine was too old and could not support everything they wanted to add, therefor they created their own engine meaning the game plays alot like AOE. The graphics are great and the modeling really well done, but it is more for online play at the moment since the bot isn't great... the developers do all of this in their free time which already gives you more reason to download it :p

Wow! This looks great, and if it plays like AoE 2 then all the better. I'll try it out sometime, does it have a LAN option?
 
See this has not been mentioned in a while (thread necro and all that).
It's Alpha 19 now and looking much slicker than the last time I checked it out (was only available on linux back then).

 
Wow this looks awesome ! will give it a go, has anyone tried to host a game with a friend through their IP ? Do you need to port forward anything?
