Finished Duke Nukem Forever 100% wasnt hard at all (This was before the DLC, which i will be attempting sometime)

Hard game yes, impossible no lol did it once or twice, pretty much you stock up on lives on the decending stage (one just before picture) by continously hitting the crow thingys easy 30+ lives before u finish the stage lol

Karateka and Battletoads for sure ! Asian level requried, I later resorted to Game Genie and even with it infinite lives i struggled to beat these games.

Battletoads race the wheel level....one of the hardest levels in a video game ever.

I would like to add, Contra and Ninja Gaiden 2 on NES to the list.

Home world 2 is the hardest game of all time. I used cheat to increase number of ships in mission 7 and still lost! It was insane, even with cheat the AI has stronger and more ships, and with a time limit on top as well.

CoD4 is still a blip on my Achievements, it is 20 points, that goddamn mile high club is 20 points and I couldn't get it :-(

Another vote for Super Meat Boy. Managed the main game, but Cotton Alley and the dark world from about 5 was EINA !!!
