20Mbps, 40Mbps lines get discounted

I still can't get more than 5 Mbps from my exchange.

I'd like to change to fibre..but that doesn't seem like it'll be any time soon. At least my exchange can handle 10 Mbps well and apparently 20 Mbps(but I haven't tried that).

Just happy to get reliable 6mb. It's all well and good to discount but most gamers can't get stable 4mb ffs.
