2nd ISP for GaMinG.. esp better latency

Hi I currently have a 4mb 10gb Webafrica account and I would like to know what u guys think of other isps to have as a second account for data?????? Openweb seem to have unshaped for 19 bucks a gig which seems very good... anybody used them??? is it trully unshaped and will i get good latency??? anyway would really appreciate everyones opinion.... Also has anybody used Webafricas Pro???? does it really lower latency, can anyone give an example of the improvemnt they experienced
