3D Realms drops Duke Nukem Forever lawsuit, apologises to Gearbox

Ohwow... seriously? Wonder what "evidence regarding our business affairs" led to them having "satisfactorily resolved any and all differences"
Anyhow, at least they let it go...
 
i think they should tip their hats to Gearbox for finishing their rubbish. saying that, if i was Gearbox i never would have touched DNF with a stick...
