R 3000 - R 3500? In that case I'd rather buy a XBOX 360 to supplement my PS3 and Wii.

BUT because the 3DS uses a parallax barrier you have to hold the device at a specific angle and distance for optimal experience. I'd take 3D glasses over this any day.
