Bastion, Dead Island and Tropico 4 are the only ones piquing an interest in me.

I've already pre-ordered Bastion on Steam, will grab Dead Island next week and, actually, started downloading the Tropico 4 demo a few minutes ago out of curiosity.

Let's see how this goes

Bastion looks very interesting, downloaded the trial on XBLA and it was quite fun, so might pick it up on Steam. Like others have said, not sure why Deus Ex isn't on the list.
