follow the onscreen prompts and then tell them your paypal account info, password, DOB, mothers maiden name, favourite color, last sex partner and current HIV status...

Wouldn't know about SA Retailers, but I've bought stuff from Humble Bundle and GreenManGaming just fine with Paypal.

hmm...i was also wondering what Paypal is gonna get out of this. but then again, the only thing they asked for is my email address, and thats pretty much freely available, so can't see any harm in it

I'm fairly sure they're trying to promote their "Checkout with Paypal" thing. Which doesn't mean much to South Africans anyway, since no local shops accept paypal.
