I think Jackson was too busy being dead at the time to notice. He passed away in 2009, whereas Mass Effect 2 only came out the following year (although it was officially announced a few months before his passing -- even then, I don't think he lived long enough to see Miranda's character at all). Even if he had wanted to do anything about it, too late now. RIP MJ.
