5 Unsung Games of 2014

Played all of them except Borderlands (still been meaning to look into it) and Sunset Overdrive (don't have an Xbone) and Alien/Evil Within were probably 2 of my favourite games of 2014.

The Evil Within

Better than most survival horrors out there, I adore this game so much!! lol
Glad I'm not the only one. I don't understand why it didn't get more attention and I really hope it sold enough to warrant a sequel. Played the first story dlc this week, The Assignment, and really enjoyed going back to the twisted world of The Evil Within.

The biggest issue when it released was the locked frame rate and the stupid black bars running across the screen. I think that cost them quite a few sales but I personally know 9 people that got the game on my recommendation and every single one of them adores the game.

Sequel is a must and I think they'll make one, I remember the game being on the best selling list during December on steam, ranking top 3 for a couple of days in a row so I'm sure it sold plenty.

Edit: it also sold close to a million copies in its 1st week :D

Uhm, Alien Isolation is unsung? It was very well received both critically and commercially. Even Twentieth Century Fox was pleased.

As of January it sold 1 Million copies and by mid February they were reporting 1.76m

That's hardly unsung...
