Only restriction: They have to be hosted in SA, otherwise I can't access them.

It is somewhat related to this section, as I forgot to ask for any MMO's that are locally hosted, that I can play without the need for international bandwidth.

I doubt you will have any luck with finding locally hosted MMO servers. Besides that isn't going to gobble up any of the local cap you so want to squander away.

Rather look around at news servers?
