6mm Silent (2 pin pref) fans?

Hi all
Our fish tank has 2 60mm fans in the lid to suck some of the heat from the light out, but they are super noisy. Took them out to eyeball and they are really cheap pos.

Where can I get (locally)decent and silent (20db or less) 60mm fans to replace these?

I know I can import them for cheap, but would prefer to support local first (if reasonable)

Here's what I get with a quick search. Thing is 60mm is not a really well known size to use in computers. It's mostly used for old GPU coolers and memory coolers. maybe even northbridge coolers. Point is you might get a better deal when importing.

As you can see... not much really. maybe buy a pair of VIZO fans, not hte best but they are known to have some funny sizes.
