8ta running at reduced speeds? Anyone else?

Hey guys,

Anyone else here on 8ta having some data speed problems the last couple of days?

Mine have dropped from average of 4MB/s to a measly 3kb/s on Monday and has not restored. Calls to the "help" center have proven futile...

Anyone else having this problem?

I experienced disconnects last night around midnight. Connectivity was restored today, probably a hour or two after midnight, speeds are normal.
