A Reminder

So I know how paranoid i can be about my Rig overheating or not cleaning it enough to keep it running smooth, but every once in awhile im reminded that pc's are allot more robust than we think, here is one of 6 machines that all pretty much looked like this and still are running just fine, granted one board was blown but that's more because it had what apparently was staysoft on it,but hey cant win them all right.

our work pc look like that inside as well... all as a result of renovations we had done and stuff not being covered properly

This makes me wish i took a picture of the pc i cleaned last year.

The capacitors were half covered in dust and couldnt see the M/B

What we have here is a nice mix of diesel fumes, dust, and maize meal dust some of them have rice and sugar in them as well but not too much.

the one with staysoft on it was epic the staysoft managed to actually get on the cpu a little

the next question here would be: But how? how does stasoft get on the cpu??

the next question here would be: But how? how does stasoft get on the cpu??

well it pours into the air vent on the top of the micro chassis which happens to be above the cpu cooler which luckily is side facing then goes onto the board next to the cooler and spreads, eventually also hardens into black semi paste stuff on the board.

whoever saw this happen tried to clean it off the board with toilet paper, because that was stuck on the board and next to the cpu cooler as well
